Our employees mean the world to us. For that reason, job-site safety is vitally important. Our Safety Director worries the details to make sure we comply with all federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration laws as well as local ordinances governing worker health and welfare.

Our Safety Director conducts onsite safety inspections and meets regularly with craftsmen at our ILEX Woodworking shops. We use the latest OSHA approved safety equipment and train our employees to understand that everyone bears personal responsibility to help assure ILEX is the safest workplace possible.
