Building quality for lasting community stability is important to ILEX, and the Operation Build-a-Boat program provides a vital solution to both a short and long-term predicament. ILEX's donation of an Indian Gaff Rig, complete with lines, nets and other equipment, will go the distance in helping local fishermen in South Asia regain their livelihoods, supporting their families and community.
