Greek Revival Pool House

Thanks to its perfect symmetry, fluted Ionic columns, decorative quoins and copper roof, this pool house echoes the formal elegance of the homeowners’ Greek Revival-style house, and appears as if it has always been on the property.

Inside, the beautifully-appointed fully conditioned space allows the family to entertain poolside throughout the year. The great room offers an open plan that is perfectly punctuated by a stunning sky-blue, white-paned barrel-vaulted ceiling. The floors are lined with white custom marble tile that is trimmed with a black Greek key border. A black granite fireplace centered on the back wall is flanked by cabinets that conceal a wine rack and storage.

Arched doorways lead to two separate bathroom/changing rooms as well as a kitchenette with overhead cabinets, dishwasher, large sink and laundry facilities.
