Located at The Homestead Preserve, this English Romantic Cottage is one of three homes nestled around an intimate courtyard…ensuring a cozy and comfortable setting for extended family and friends.
While each cottage boasts a distinct layout and facade, all three offer approximately 2500 square feet of space and feature intricate stone and stucco exterior walls, Hendricks concrete roof tiles, copper gutters, bluestone terraces and dry stacked stone walls that separate each from the road. 
Interior features include reclaimed wooden beams and flooring, custom cabinetry and built-ins by ILEX Woodworking, and Carrara marble bathrooms.
