Behind the pergola is a bright new morning room which connects to the home's existing kitchen. The morning room features a vaulted ceiling, intricate trim details and mechanized window shades. A lattice breezeway and doors to the right of the morning room lead to a custom lighted concrete spa with a retractable cover and outdoor shower facilities.
Other hardscape features include the installation of a whimsical fountain as well as beautiful, yet practical brick walkways and an upper driveway that were all placed on radiant heated concrete slabs which serve as an ice melt system for the winter months. The system is activated by low temperatures and the presence of moisture.
