Construction Accounting Specialist
Primary responsibilities include: Preparation of general ledger and financial statements, monthly internal reporting and cost analysis as requested by the leadership team, creation of monthly Owner invoices and additional support functions as needed to ensure the successful completion of construction projects. 8 -10 years of recent accounting experience required. StarBuilder or Timberline experience preferred.
Project Manager
Primary responsibilities include: Reviewing Project estimates, Managing Project budget; Managing all change order documentation; Completing monthly budget analysis review; Managing material purchasing; Reviewing and approving billing and subcontractor invoices; Corresponding with clients, architects and designers; Tracking and managing submittals and documentation in order to keep the project on budget and on schedule. 8-10 years previous project management experience required. Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite and MS Project a must.
Site Superintendent
Primary responsibilities include: Overseeing the daily construction activities at work site, including scheduling of workers, delivery of equipment and materials, and progress of the project; Working with contractors to complete project within the given budget and timeframe; Resolving contract disputes and arranging any necessary change orders; Leading and directing the work of others as well as the work on the project directly.8 – 10 years previous site management experience required.
Lead Carpenter
Primary responsibilities include: site layout, framing, trim and finish work. 3-5 years of woodworking and carpentry experience required. Must provide own tools.
Woodworking Project Manager
Primary responsibilities include: Providing oversight and management on residential and/or commercial high-end architectural millwork projects; Managing costs and deadlines; Reviewing bid/shop drawings; Serving as primary contact with general contractor, architect and owner; Tracking and managing submittals, ASA’s and other documentation required for project to remain on schedule and on budget; Completing and participating in monthly budget analysis reviews. 5-7 years previous project management experience required. Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite and MS Project a must.
