Opportunity for long-term growth potential. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented person who has strong communication skills. Requirements: mange multiple projects to include: project budgeting; subcontractor proposal review/approval; change order documentation; monthly budget analysis review; material management; billing review; sub invoice review and approval; various correspondance with architect and designers; submittals and other documentation required for the project to remain on budget and on schedule; coordination electronically with other office locations; at least 8-10 years previous project managment experience. Opportunity for long-term growth potential. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented person who has strong communication skills. Requirements: Oversees the daily construction activities at work site, including scheduling of workers, delivery of equipment and materials, and progress of the project. Works with contractors to complete project within the given budget and timeframe. Resolves contract disputes and arranges any necessary order changes. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others as well as work on the project directly.
